I am not aware of any laws about PRN employee rights. Frankly, I would literally be shocked to learn that Georgia had laws about PRN employee rights. Your entitlement to benefits is governed by the rules set by your employer.

A home health agency is asking PRN employees to sign an employment contract. A wclause that states the the position is PRN and if the assignment ends for any reason, the agency is under no obligation to find another assignment and that you are not allowed unemployment.

Assuming that the as needed employees are actual employees as opposed to independent contractors such are entitled to unemployment benefits (albeit at the rate of pay that they were making as opposed to full time) under the laws of all states in this country.

Standard measurement period
