How do I withdraw money from my FSA card?
Unfortunately, FSA cards cannot be used to withdraw FSA funds from an ATM. These cards can only be used directly on qualifying medical products and services. This comes from the fact that FSA funds are pre-tax and cash cannot be easily monitored for eligible purchases.
What can you buy with benefits card?

A: Amazon allows you to add your FSA or HSA card to your account as a method of payment. You can then use your card to make eligible purchases.
Can I buy groceries with my HSA card?
The card itself may have restrictions on where you can spend—and on what. For example, your card might not work if you try to use it at a supermarket or convenience store. If you can't run a transaction using your HSA card, you will have to submit your expenses for reimbursement after the fact.
Can I use my WEX HSA card at ATM?
The transaction is approved because doctors' offices are coded as medical providers. Note: You may be asked for additional documentation after the charge is approved. You swipe your benefits card at an ATM. The transaction is declined because ATMs are coded as financial institutions.
