Overall best airline I have worked for. I did cabin service which was great. Would’ve stayed if offered but was contracted out. They have taken care of me really well so far! Used to be a great place to work. The CEO only cares about his image. Management uses the good ole boy system. If your not in good you will never move up no matter how good of an employee you are. Not to mention they want to force their way into your personal life and health records.

I was a flight attendant for 5 years and loved the flexibility and independence of the job. The pay was not great, especially in the early years, and flight attendants are only fairly compensated during flight hours. I often felt like I was working for free. Also, PTO was granted based on seniority so it was tough to use sick days.

The most hostile working environments I have worked withinn. When management mantra is to over allocate people to drive them hard to meet unrealistic deadlines not supported by anyone in IT, you got problems. The shared services concept is not working well there.
