Package delivered to wrong address, where someone signed my name

I finally managed to get a PS5 for my friend from Walmart. Once I get the email, I call my partner to get it, but it was nowhere to be found. I called Walmart and someone had signed under my name for the package and I didn’t have a clue who. I knocked on doors and nobody had it.
