I loved working at Heb, the pay is great and coworkers are friendly. I worked part time though and didn’t get enough hours. Poor management, they didn’t assign hours fairly.

Very Friendly, Inclusive, and flexible environment
I worked here for 2 years before COVID hit, and I was treated extremely well by my employees and managers all around. They offered extremely flexible work hours for me. I think genuinely this is a really good company to work for, good benefits, good pay, good company. Only not going back because of the pandemic.
People are OK
Heb is flexible for students but depending where you work (as anywhere) your environment will differ. Curbside/personal shopping is a more physically demanding job but you get used to it

I’ve worked here for 2 years as a overnight stocker. I’ve seen countless employees come and go while I’ve been here. Mainly because the job is taxing

The company is really great and the workers are nice. It’s a company that makes you build experience in general, I learnt how to handle customers well.
