When you start at Amazon, you aren't an actual employee for 90 days, minimum. Amazon hires through temp agencies so they don't have to cover benefits until you prove yourself as an employee. During that 90 days with the temp agency, they can let you go for whatever reason.
It's a job
It's a job but not really a career. You come in, do your job, and go home. Management can be difficult at times trying to push numbers over quality. All in all the pay is fair and benefits are great.
