What is the typical day at work?
Typical day at work, is you show up and are expected of doing your duties, but when their are call outs within your department, you are expected to do even more, and they write you up when you work overtime, and if you don’t finish your own work plus the person who called out, you still get written up. Management is horrible, they just want to walk arround and finger point to you what to do,and unfortunately their is no enjoyable part of this job, the atmosphere is very toxic.
Is there a work life balance?
There is no work life balance unless it benefits the company. This used to be a great company to work for but has gone down hill quickly since being publicly traded. It is less about building a work family and more about what numbers you can get them.
Is overnight shift good?
The overnight shift is very good for me chill environment and as long as your work is done nobody really bothers you. The management could use some improvement they mess up the schedule and are not really aware of what's going on sometimes. However it's still a good place to work and I like the weekly pay. Make sure you look over your paycheck to be sure the hours you worked are right... they mess up sometimes but fix it right away if there is an error in pay.
Do managers always have your back?
There are great people that work their but managers do not always have your back. Dealing with the customers entitlement is not worth working there. They are also very cheap they do not like giving raises.
