Great people and very manageable work load
I cannot say enough about the people at FedEx, managers and other coworkers alike. Their helpfulness and friendliness made going to work each day all the more enjoyable. Work load is more than doable and on nights where freight was heavier, you never truly had the sense of being overwhelmed thanks to help received from your coworkers.
This is overall a decent place to work with many options for overtime
The Start and end times vary and are not consistent which is not reliable. But overall this is a good company to work for with potential to grow. But hours could be better.
Cool coworkers
Okay place to work, the work & pay doesn’t add up. Come in load truck (exhausting). May not leave terminal at the same time everyday. Never know how your day is going to go until you get there.
Boring but pays well
They pay well and hours are flexing however no one cares about you. Everyone is replaceable. Attendance policy is lenient as well as tardy. Just pays the bills.

Great place to work. Good pay for working out. You get overworked during peak season (end of the year, major holidays) but it flattens out eventually.
Really good pay, Coworkers can be weird
just hop in trucks with random people who may give you a dirty look if your unlucky. DO NOT expect to have any type of regular conversation with most of the people they are like walking zombies, seriously. Great pay all year round besides after Christmas where you work like 2 hours a day with the first shift starting at 2pm!!!
They lie to get you in the door
They claim to offer good pay and flexible hours but they only give you a fraction of what they promise. I love labor jobs but they work you like a dog for little pay. I ended up quitting after a work injury that they refused to pay for.
