Yeah they do it's not much and they try not to gave you the vacation days so once you get them use them that goes for holidays make sure you go in because it's nothing to do flights stop around 8 and night shift you only clean about 5 flight which is good usually it 8 to 10 so you sit from 9p.m to 6am

Pretty boring job with a few lazy workers. Pay is decent, if you don’t mind jet fuel then this is the job for you. Most of the time you just monitor the tanks and grab samples from them.
I didn't like working there I had to leave for my sanity
Menzies was one of the worst places to work for. Management sucked there. Their Leads and supervisor if they didn't like you then the whole staff doesn't like you. I was so miserable there I quit without notice.
No personal life
You won’t any personal life working here. You will be forced to work 12+ hrs. You have things to do outside work ? Time to scrap those plans. HR does not care about you and they make that very clear to you.
Be prepared to have no weekends off and work every single holiday
If you're new be ready to be taking advantage of. All they care about on the field is the seniority list. You'll be doing way more flights than anyone else because other people have worked here longer. If people call off (believe me they will) you are forced to work over time.
A place to work if you need a job
Menzies has steady work. not the most glamorous job, but it'll pay the bills. Be ready for the elements. Recommend buying your own rain and winter gear. The ability to work in a stressful environment is a must. If you get agitated easily this is not for you. Also they have a staffing shortage so be prepared to pick up the slack.
Job security due to short staffing
We fuel commercial airlines. The job itself is easy but the low pay and lack of manpower makes it more difficult. The supervisors a willing to help us out but sometimes it depends on their mood.
Very little pay for the job I did. Fast pased environment and alot of safety computer training
It is a fast pased job with little time for breaks or lunch. The real problem is too much responsibility for the measly pay. Driving around moving planes in a tanker full of jet A fuel, loud noise and engine turbines should be better compinsated.

Menzies Aviation is a terrible company to work for
Management will not care about you or any personal problems you may have going on, and always keep your distance unless it's about the job. The managers and supervisors have these "cliques" and if you're not in them it could be worrisome for you. They will make promises that they can not keep, communication is terrible and they are rude.

Very Good place to work
Great place to work, very relaxed whilst being very strict on safety, Great colleagues in my team, management were very good.
Flexible
Pretty easy, however, it can go a little hectic at times. The workload isn't so much. there is a lot of downtime. The work environment is very laid back.
