Fun, productive and helps out employees
Love working from home, they helped me obtain my property and casualty insurance license. The starting pay is great for the inexperience. I failed the test, and they paid for me to take again and I passed the second time! Felt very accomplished!
Consistent full time job
Typical day is taking calls and keeping in touch through work mediums. I learned decent customer service skills such as de-escalation, multitasking, and notating.
Horrible Management
The job itself was good but the management for the position was horrible and you will always be criticized every week for never doing good enough even when you are top performing all management cares about is getting their commission off you. They don't do their job half the time and are very unprofessional.
As a Tier 1 position, employees are under compensated
Experienced staff are paid at the same rate as new employees. Staff reviews do not occur to review compensation, but only to review metrics. Opportunities for advancement are limited
Work from Home But lots Calls
Overall good company. My supervisors were always helpful. Money wasn’t enough though. Layoffs after peak season. Sometimes they would find you another assignment. They did give unpaid or paid time off when needed. Schedule was M-F. I would work there again. Just repetitive calls get boring.
For the strong willed
This job is a joke. I was place in the health insurance side of things and to be honest management is non-existent, the pay is trash.. $15 an hour.. come on now. There's little to no communication. It's just a mess. Don't work here if you want a career. This place will hold you back.

I had excellent trainers and team leads who truly seemed to care about the employees as well as the job. The company as a whole cares about it's employees. The pay is great and you have PTO, can schedule time off if you need to and there is room for growth. Highly recommend TTEC to anyone looking for employment.
