This app was supposed to make it easier and less time-consuming to fill out paperwork upload paperwork and get things done however for people who happened to be blind and use voiceover on their iPhones it is completely useless I used to rely on this app and it was very helpful in helping me renew my benefits this time however I missed the deadline because I thought that there was something wrong with the app turns out it just doesn’t work with voiceover anymore thanks government!!!!! I know I sound a little short but it is irritating to have something work at one time and then not have it work.
Awful Experience
When I first downloaded the app, I tried logging in with my correct credentials. The app told me I was using the wrong credentials and locked me out of my account...
