Great company but has its drawbacks
Great company to work for and I enjoyed the supportive team I was a part of. However, it definitely had its drawbacks. You are a 1099 employee that works 100% based on commissions. If you are able to overcome the objections of the business's strong dislike of Aflac or that they are already providing major medical then you can do well.
