Yo, if either your case has been pended or haven’t got any new information don’t panic. I’ve waited weeks after (hopefully getting expedited food stamps) to no avail. I called and called and waited multiple times 4-5 hours each on hold. I finally got a call back for once. It’s been 3 weeks since my phone interview and I’m still pended.
