I did not want to give it 1 star! First of all the pencil did not come in the box that was advertised....RED FLAG..it came wrapped in a plastic bag...very shady how to even know if it was tampered with? DO NOT BUYHowever I've used this pencil before purchased from Sephora and Benefit counter at Macy's...its a great under eyebrow pencil great for cutting and sharpening eyebrow and blending highbrow colors!.
