Finally talked to a rep today. The system is going through more changes which is bogging down everything imaginable. Point being the new system going in this week will push through pending payments even if the "issue" is unresolved. You should see everything go through by next week is what I was told.

I got a job now I start this Thursday. My next certification is the not till the next Sunday, it's full time 8 hr shifts. My question is do I continue to certify even tho I only worked 7 days of the 10 days ? Or do I just stop certifying completely?
