You work with alot of really rich people and the benefits are not fairly done, duh, like all corporate places, but covid allows the rich to take a years vacation and the minions to risk it all, sorry, done ranting for now.

Good ol' boys club type of culture that is going out of style. Did not want or see myself working there in the future. Didn't have enough work for me to do.
