Service

They are horrible, horrible, horrible. Nobody knows what they are doing. They give out wrong information, they refuse to assist, and refer you to website, then tell you it needs to be done by phone rather than website. Unbelievable. I do hope the company will search for another company to manage their health care benefits. Walmart can do better.

Plenty of time to write while spending the day trying to reach a human being

Submitted proof of payment of insurance premium on 12/07/21. Received email from VIA Benefits on 12/11/21 stating that my reimbursement is approved. Today is January 3rd, and I've not been reimbursed. Checked VIA website and noticed that my reimbursement is "on hold".

A great place to work

Licensed Insurance Agent

Free coffee. Easy job, just follow the script provided . As long as you're personable you can make the customer happy and actually help them.

Stay Away

Haven't seen a raise in over 6 years Training is terrible, they do bare minimum Management is horrible They make sure you know you're only a number to them. No advancement opportunity unless you're related or friends with current management.

Appreciation in decline

Starting Pay is good as a first job, not as a long term career. Work from home.

Work somewhere else

Fully remote is very common. Customers are very nice and it feels great to serve them. Flexible, decent pay but needs some changes

I do enjoy working for this company. It's very fast paced during the season and it's a typical 9:00-5:00 job. The pay is decent as well and a plus is remote work and optional overtime. You also get 2 15 minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch break. Coworkers and managers are nice.

Seasonal position

I didn't enjoy working here because you have to read the Medicare applications verbatim. If you forgot a word or added a word you get written up. Three strikes and they let you go. Some applications took over an hour to do. It was a stressful job.

Good People

There are really good people that work here. They need to be more inclusive they support BLM, LGBT and Asian what about everyone else?

Very motivating

It’s a good company to work for. But they hire too many people during AEP season between October and and December so they start hiring around august. But once AEP is over they start looking for insignificant reasons to let people go. For that reason I ended up on unemployment.

Worse Job I've ever had

Pod managers are all inexperienced girls in their mid 20's. They have no respect for older workers. It doesn't matter how long you've worked there - they don't care. Its not, what have you done for us, but what will you do for us today attitude. No cost of living raises. Management goes out of their way to punish you rather than to reward you.

Totally useless experience

This company is a joke. You see the seedy, shadier parts of humanity working in a place like this. Jobs security, satisfaction, facility maintenance or cleanliness is non-existent. Management is utterly incompontent and sabotage their subinordinates on a whim. Run from this place. It's a sand trap of a job.

Management sucks

Management does not put the needs of their employees into consideration. Customer service is constantly understaffed and the other departments are a joke. Everywhere is always behind or passing the blame onto someone else. The only perk is the summer, it's super slow so you can relax and the pay for customer service is decent.
