Delta is a very productive place to work. You learn a lot in order to handle customer calls regarding flying any and everywhere

I love working for Delta, the company is at the top of the airline industry. The benefits are great and the employees and management are great. I think it's a great place to work

Fantastic work environment and ethics!

Happy to go to work everyday. Positive work atmosphere. I learn new things on a daily basis. Management is extremely helpful and inclusive. The culture is equal and diverse. The hardest part of my job is constantly changing to comply with federal regulations. (Not that hard at all).

Best airline!

Overall best airline I have worked for. I did cabin service which was great. Would’ve stayed if offered but was contracted out. They have taken care of me really well so far! To be honest there is going to be up’s and downs at every job as well as drama. Just have to go to work to do your job to serve our passengers who choose to fly with us!

Great Job for young workers trying to break aviation industry but travel does wear on you if you have home responsibilities

Worked in the inflight division for Delta Air Lines. Training can be intense for those just coming off the street without any aviation experience but they do have a strong system of training.

Great people to work with. Everyone friendly

Great company to work for. Sometimes the hours could e extremely long depending on airline conditions.Super fun job. Management was great and helpful.

Poor management too much politics

Used to be a great place to work. The CEO only cares about his image. Management uses the good ole boy system. If your not in good you will never move up no matter how good of an employee you are. Not to mention they want to force their way into your personal life and health records.

Decent company, poor pay

I was a flight attendant for 5 years and loved the flexibility and independence of the job. The pay was not great, especially in the early years, and flight attendants are only fairly compensated during flight hours. I often felt like I was working for free. Also, PTO was granted based on seniority so it was tough to use sick days.
