I'm a student. Paid training & I'll never let my cdl go. Driving a big bus is easy easier than I thought once I learned how. Like many things.
Fun staff to work with
Overall I loved working with them. Good staff. Dispatchers were nice. Could work many hours if you want. Pay was good. Buses were nice. Only problem I had was not enough support from bosses in dealing with unruly youth.
The kids are the only good thing
It was a bad experience, There were no benefits with the job, minutes were deducted from your total time you worked, management was very interested in drama and played favoritism to family and friends over other employees, It is hard to get extra hours so most only get 2 hours per shift (2 shifts per day) very hard to live on such little pay.

The best parts about working here is having the summers off with my children and the pay. However, you don’t typically receive many hours working here.

Time off in the summer and snow days, etc. is amazing but unfortunately you don't get paid for snow days. The pay could be better though, and the people with higher seniority get the better routes

Good pay, weekend and holidays off. They are always hiring. Part time. Some of the summer off. Monthly meetings. Plenty of overtime available. Have some down te in between routes.

I love driving, having the same route every day, the consistency, drivng the same students and watching them grow up and their different personalities. The bad is our assistant manager and how drivers are not respected or rewarded for their years on the job.
