You have to start part-time and wait for a route to become open. However you are able to go to different offices to get more hours in a week to make up for what you may not get in your own office. So there is plenty of opportunity to get hours and make a good check. Different positions may have different requirements . But all in all it is a great job great pay. And the people in my office are like we are all family. I can't speak for other offices.
