Working for a solid company for UPS gives me excellent job security. They continue to grow and are very competitive with other companies such as Fedex.

Union job

Union sets the your progression. Once u are in u get paid the same no matter how hard you work. Management treats u like a machine. They don’t care if you stay or go, u are easily replaced.

Poor management and they don't care about their employees

Worst job I've ever had only because of management. They will harass you and get away with it. They have a very high turn over rate. Being a delivery driver there pays good and has great benefits but almost everyone hates that please because of how management treats their employees.

Maintenance mechanic

The training could be better for new equipment. But we get manuals and other online aid to assist with new equipment

Leaving Early was a plus

Management sucks! They backstab you and talk about you bad if u don’t fit in. Don’t waste your time because before six months to a year is up you’ll probably quit or they will fire you for something small.

Grave yard shift. Heavy most of the time. Not for everyone. But if you're trying to lose weight and look fit, this is where it gets done!

Great people to work with. The nature of the job is stressful and can be overwhelming at times. It is what it is. This is a side hustle job and not meant for paying the bills.

Lots of hard work, and hours are very low outside of "peak season". Breaks are often 10 mins and you have to keep a sharp eye on your hours because they will short you on time. If you need to leave early or cant come in they will work with you. People with the least seniority get treated as disposable cogs in the overall machine.
