High turnover

Walmart has new rules everyday you come to work. The best benefits are for full time and you will work 35-38 hours a week and still be part time forever.Management allows new people to be insulted by the workers who have been there longer. The response i got FROM MANAGEMENT was "he don't like new people"when i was called every name in the book by someone who had to pitch in and help. The system will punish you for being seconds late.No wonder the turnover is so crazy and they have to hire kids/special needs people..
