This is a new one to me, but apparently it opened in May 2017. Food is free for Platinum cardholders, but you do have to pay 50SEK (~$7) for drinks unless you hold a Centurion card. Reddit user sfryder08 has a nice picture gallery of some the menu and one of the food items. The lounge is airside at Terminal 5, between the A-Pier and the F-pier.
