Best place to work

The coaching, training and support are phenomenal! Verizon cares about their employees! This is the best company I have ever worked for! I have never worked for a company who cares so much about their employees and customers.

Management make you forget all the good

The company itself, the pay and the benefits are good. However, local management are so beyond terrible that it erases the good. Overall Verizon is the BEST company to work for. Excellent Benefits health and Dental, 401k plus stocks matched dollar per dollar contribution, paid vacation, sick days, holidays, and personal days off all paid. Overtime is well off started off making $39.50 hr.

Enjoyable place to work

I enjoy working at Verizon. My enjoyment mostly comes from the job atmosphere itself. The management was great. Never any pressure about sales just letting you know what's expected of you but it's beneficial working for a location that has the customer-base to meet those goals.

Great company

Best place I've worked thus far. Good benefits great salary. Relaxed work environment best management. Overall I'd do it again in a heartbeat great 25 years

Great experience during my time here

During my time there I was really able to learn and grow and compensated all for it. I ended up leaving and many others because of the sudden change in compensation without warning.

Great company to work for if you can adapt to change easily

Depending on your supervisor at the time it can be a great time working if you are taking incoming calls. Super flexible with time and needing to be off. Great benefits, however I didn’t really care to much for the shift bid we have to do.
