Just got on the UHC program and was excited about getting some otc products with Health Care Plus. looked through the catalog (not as excited as many of the products I use weren’t there). But, I made a list, tried it on-line (now I’m even less than excited as some of my order wasn’t available) so, I said ‘what the hell, I’ll just call in my order’.
Not very useful
While the account balance feature, the store locator and the Membership Barcode are handy, The online shopping feature is totally useless. The eligible items lack a url connecting them to the item on the Walmart website.
First day on Medicare & OTC a big disappointment
I went on-line last week to view available products & went to Walmart to test. I saw name brand Alleve on-line & decided to use my OTC card w no luck. No size, no nothing. Is this meant as a kind of wack-a-mole. Just bring a bunch of stuff to to the counter just to be rejected & frustrated. So clerk told me to get the APP.
