i’ve seen a lot of people ask about how to get through to the edd, specifically tier 2 specialists. i wanted to share how i’ve reached them! once the prompt “select one of the following” starts, press 1 3 4 as fast as you can. it normally takes 5-10 times for me to get through, but i’ve gotten through around 8am, 4:30pm, and 6pm.

Pending?! Email the senator

I was pending for weeks 02/27 and 03/06 and could never get through to anyone. Emailed the senator on Monday July 12th. Her staff got back to me within a few hours and I was paid out Tuesday the 13th. It literally took less than 24 hrs. Thank god, I really needed it

I was stuck on pending but I have a solution

Like most of you probably are right now I was stuck on pending too. I called and called every day over the past week and to no surprise it is extremely hard to get a rep on the phone, and when I did they were completely no help me or put me on hold for a tier 2 so long the called dropped.

I am in absolute shock

I called today at 8:00 and got thru within 5 minutes, the person that answered me said hold on as soon as I got on the phone and left me in silence for 35 MINUTES. Then took my info and waited another 10 minutes before she asked me what I needed help with.

Find your distric. Email the senator. I got a private call back yesterday after noon. She told me how jacked up edd is rn and how theyre trying to help. Some cases are harder for them to amswer than others but my case was a simple waiting game. I was on Fed Ed, but my claim had a balance that didnt run out and a lot pending payments.

Those still pending, keep checking your bank accounts!

As most of us are experiencing, my last payment was on pending for a month with no reason. I called the number at least 150+ times because I was unable to pay any bills or even buy food.
