Management does not train you properly, your only benefit is the amazing friendly customers and 30% all merchandise with a limit of $500 a month.

Some were fun, some were strict and some could be unfair. You are required to meet sale goals which is not that hard. They couldn't care less about their employees they only look out for their Store managers and District managers and nothing else really. Truly bad "career opportunities" if you could even call it that. Work for a year ONLY IF YOU REALLY LIKE SNEAKER CULTURE. If not avoid this company like the plague

If your at a struggling store then you will be in the firing line as a store manager with your direct manager needing a scapegoat. Your salary will be sheethouse but they will take advantage of the fact that your work in a store that sells shoes so you may not have many options employment prospects...
Fun work placement , Easy Job , Friendly team mates & customers
Working at footlocker was a pleasure to be. My own opinion for anyone that's finding a job for the first time is footlocker would be a nice place to work at. My first day working i felt very welcomed & comfortable working in the placement , because they had shifts for me after school & in the weekend when i asked for extra hours.

Footlocker offer an enormous amount of growth in both business and retail skills. With highly developed systems to help you succeed in further career options. Sometimes you may be required to work long days especially in peak periods of retail.
The workplace had a good environment
The job was very fun helping out with customers and helping with my maneger in the back and had an overall good experience with the workers, I even picked up a few skills in the customer service area and learnt a lot during the time of my work experience.
